I suspect he called his daughters piggy growing up to shame them if they didn’t meet his “standards”. If the dementia is as bad as the frequent cognitive tests would lead us to believe, his filters are down and all the hateful garbage is pouring out.

My pet bird loves to crawl under my hair and take a nap while I have work meetings. It’s such a happy feeling to know she loves and trusts me.

I also canceled and they’ve removed the “other” box reasoning. I had to go in and write a comment form through their website. They are definitely burying the ability to provide feedback.

There are lots of other library positions that don’t require a masters and are still vitally important to the community and the facility! Check out your local library to see what they might have a need for.

Typically, a master’s degree in library and information sciences is required. Individual libraries may have different requirements though depending on library type/budgets/location/etc.

Michaels is a solid choice for general crafting supplies. Their yarn selection isn’t great but will hopefully improve now that Joanns is going away. They have just started to carry a few quilting cotton fabrics so that will hopefully improve as well!

#Michaels has had some supply issues lately with some of their house yarn brands but they are still a reliable source for basic supplies in acrylic, cotton, blends, etc
