After a decade on Twitter, I’ve ventured into the new “blue” platform.

Hi, I’m Joy, a postdoc at UCSF with a passion for Chemistry. I work on developing drugs to combat diseases and crafting fluorescent sensors!

Excited to connect!!!

In 2018, I had the privilege of hearing Prof. Omar Yaghi’s lecture at the Technion, when he received the Wolf Prize in Chemistry.

It’s wonderful to see him honored with the 2025 #NobelPrize in Chemistry, together with Prof. Kitagawa and Prof. Robson, for their work on reticular chemistry and MOFs.

Organic photosensitizers: from molecular design to phototheranostics
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has emerged as a highly promising approach for tumor treatment, owing to its remarkable spatiotemporal precision and non-invasive characteristics. Nevertheless, the clinical translation of conventional organic photosensitizers remains constrained by inherent limitations, including a low
