This is really ridiculous. I pay for bbc as part of my tv/radio subscription, so why should I be excluded from the bbc sounds platform? I have similar thoughts about iplayer. I’d happily pay for this rather than my monthly subscription.

Nice series. You forgot to mention that they are the only team to have played all teams in the 4 divisions. Not sure if that will hold up with the promotions to league 2, but a fact worth mentioning! (We don’t have too many records 😉)

Looks good to me. Just ordered one for my son, to replace the lime green away shirt he had last season. Let’s hope the new kit brings us good luck too!

Very relieved. I had booked flights and bought tickets for next week. Whilst it would be great to finish top, the stakes don’t feel as high as they could have done if an automatic place was in doubt and I can enjoy a more relaxed visit to vale park!

Agree. The work together was great, but they go beyond Magazine. Very underrated and not played as much as they should be, also considering their influence on other bands.

I’d also hoped to pick up Pete Shelley, but my record store didn’t have it unfortunately. Will just have to make do with the original records I have!

Me too! I’d met my husband in 1988. He took me to a match against Wolves in Jan 1989. It was absolutely freezing and ended 0-0. I was not dressed for the cold, but despite everything still went back for the next game. The rest is history as they say. He’d have loved to see us top of the league now!

I’m sure the last 5-0 I saw there was against Ipswich. Think it was New Year’s Day and pouring with rain, but my mind may be mixing up 2 different games.
