It’s disheartening - and infuriating - that a popular history conference is ending because of university staff cuts. Institutions should be encouraging public engagement, not preventing it! This loss echoes far beyond CCCU #SaveTheHumanities #HistoryMatters #CKHH #Canterbury

A blog that is tinged with great sadness but also pride. It has been a great honour to be involved for a number of years but this year that pride is marked by anger at a ridiculous situation brought on by what can only be described as bungling ineptitude
