Everything is not fine. It is decidedly not fine.
This line is going to stick with me for a very long time.

“One of them is a 4-year-old with Stage 4 cancer who was deported without medication or the ability to contact their doctors…”
Three U.S. citizens, ages 2, 4 and 7, swiftly deported from Louisiana
The cases have renewed concerns that the Trump administration’s expedited deportations are violating the rights of both citizens and noncitizens.

There's no quick fix, but with collective efforts, we can make progress. And yes, it requires Dem Leadership to Wake the ---- UP.

What have you been doing to feed your soul in the past week? I have hugged my dogs (and my husband!), ice skated, planned my garden, read poetry, taught a drop-in about silliness (literally!), and spent time with my favorite communities IRL.

Today I went ice skating for the first time in 25+ years. I didn’t fall! I couldn’t believe it! Apparently I have ice skating muscle memory…

I now have aches in my legs. I should probably have been using those muscles at some point in the past couple decades.

This is a fucking travesty.
We fought for years to make this office a reality and lives were saved because of it. Stay tuned because we’re not giving up on this. Trump might be okay with dissolving a life-saving office but the people aren’t.
