First poem of 2026!
I usually write poetry in my notebook with a pen, no erasing, no whiteout, just feelings and a pen. This is one of my first poems from the start of 2026. I redrew the drawings and altered the text a little to something I felt was more finished than my squiggly thoughts written down without much hesitation. So here you go! (Another fun fact: I don't name my poems unless I'm putting them in a contest.)
