We need to start calling MAGA for it’s actually name, the Confederacy and refer to the resistance as what we are, the Union. Who said the civil war had to violent? This is a Cold Civil War up until the Confederate Trump government decides to unlawfully declare Martial Law and starts the real one.

U.S. citizens should have to pass a civics test AND a world history test before gaining the right to vote. IDGAF anymore. We cannot continue to debate people who have ZERO idea how the government or the world works. And while we’re at it, let non-citizens vote if they can pass the test. IDK!

Perfectly put! I can’t see @governor.ca.gov doing this since he bent the knee but maybe he snaps out of willful compliance . Next step is for our state governors to call him an illegal president. I don’t have hope to this end but will keep us occupied as we wait for unrest.

I love how law teaches how contracts become void and this is upheld in court except for the Constitution where there’s textualism that says as much. We’ve virtually replaced our Constitutional Supremacy with Trump.
Our Constitution was voided on January 20, 2025 at 12:00pm ET when section 3 of the 14th amendment was violated.
Why would this administration abide by the Constitution when the 118th Congress violated the Constitution by allowing an insurrectionist to get sworn in without a single objection?
