This LC demonstrates stretching Rt SCM muscle, and I agree 100% that this baby doesn't like 1st stretch - but maybe tolerates 2nd one?
Importantly, stretching may snap SCM (DOI: 10.1097/00003086-200103000-00028) and may be under-reported in the literature (link.springer.com/article/10.1...).

J'ai lu que certaines recherches suggèrent que 4 % des plagiocéphalies peuvent rester graves à l'âge de 3 à 4 ans [1] et persistent chez > 10 % des adolescents [2, 3]. Est-ce que cela aide ?

For infant torticollis, it's also good to keep in mind that stretching can cause the sternomastoid muscle to snap (see Cheng JC: 2001). Such adverse events may be under-reported. This review suggests adding manual therapy to positioning strategies may be useful - link.springer.com/article/10.1...

Before we throw out the baby with the bathwater, there are some good quality trials by Sacher et al supporting successful treatment of postural torticollis using infant-adjusted (i.e. very gentle) manipulation. We refer to them here link.springer.com/article/10.1...

AH is a wise lady, but did she really say whenever? Infant torticollis is commonly muscular, and treatable by a combination of positioning advice plus v. gentle manual therapy to muscles/fascia. Sometimes, there's a subluxation but def. not every time. See abstract in this review rdcu.be/eaJea
