where i found a place where feeling lingers it remains inside as well as outside i can feel this place and all its aspects even when i'm not there it remains in my mind the taste of warmth the smell of safety where beauty and comfort abounds and it's still with me when i go home home is a different safety a different comfort a different place but even when im there my favourite place still lingers in my mind though it lingers, and though i feel it, i mostly feel its lack i still visit my favourite place from time to time many things have changed i cannot taste its warmth the way i used to i should not hold out hope that i might still and despite the fact that many things are different i know that now and then, i can still visit i know that when i do, i will be welcomed sometimes i imagine there a future where maybe we might build a place that's new a different place a different shape a different warmth a different way to love you and if there's anything i'd hold out hope for it would be for such a place as that
