Haven’t plated it yet, but I have an all male household. I’ll be lucky if it even makes it into a bowl. It’s tasty! My tomatillos were small, and I could have used a few more.

Watched “World Eating Bread” yesterday and it was so inspiring. Made Turkish Simit bread today. It’s delicious- crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Want to try and make a sourdough version, and see how that turns out.
