Made dinner for the final holiday family get together - smoked pork tenderloin, frenched green bean salad, garlic and parmesan mashed potatoes, gravy made from drippings from a brisket I smoked a little while ago (fortified with herbs and red wine). Dessert was a classic apple strudel.
