Who knows what riches lie under that rock?? Rare earth, indeed! Doubles as an exclusive retreat for a disgraced dictator or two to live out their inevitable exile — possibly more exciting, with rising seas after all that drill-baby-drill climate change, than Elba.

This is the territory: Hans Island, a luxuriously secure private island halfway between the Canadian territory of Nunavut and the Danish territory of Greenland, over which the 2 countries waged a tongue-in-cheek battle of flag-planting and schnapps/whisky gifts before agreeing to split it in 2022.
