Me too. The little mermaid was my first Disney movie. Arielle and Pipi longstocking are the reasons why I still dye my hair red 😊 doesn't change the fact that musicals bore me very quickly. Currently listening to the Giles/Tara duet. Just not feeling it.

I accept that it's part of the story which is why I don't skip it but my enjoyment is minimum 😂
Even as a kid, I didn't like musicals. When I hear Andrew Lloyd Webber, I run. I'd just rather have dialogue than endless choruses 😅

I never watched his spin off series because I wasn't really interested in him. I understand that there are moments when Buffy and Angel episodes intertwine. There was a clip where I saw Angel punch Buffy in the face when she came to LA and that made me even less interested in watching the spin off.

Ugh. Yes. I just watched that episode. He's acting pervy so many times even without being under spells. The difference to Spike is that he's always portraying himself as the good guy which just makes it worse. At least Spike isn't entirely self delusional, I guess.

I'm a bit divided on Xander. His character doesn't bother me but I don't really feel any affection for him either. I know that he's a character fans love to hate. I just think he's an idiot mostly.

Wow, thanks for this information! I wasn't aware at all. It makes sense though. It makes Whedon even more suspicious to me and it makes me feel sad for the actors who had to film such a scene. The first time I watched it, it really shook me up and now I fast forward over it.
