How else are nation states under sanctions supposed to move and make money? Think of all the broke mal-ware and ransom ware makers how are they going to get paid?

I haven't as of yet but might give it a go eventually. Just learning some fountain pens and inks that I decided to try. Normally a Ball Point Pen is my default for mark making and I have stuck to mostly water based and easy clean up media.
But more permanent Dyes,Watercolor, Gouche, Ink.
