and the energy difference is so huge between these approaches to friendship, both are lovely dgmw but I'm just bummed out big time to be losing this

part of this is that standard adult friendships are like "here let's do [thing that costs money and is very short and structured] and then I'll see u next month or in a few months;" these people actually want to hang out w me like weekly or biweekly & initiate & don't care that it's not structured

have friends that both love u AND text u back/live near u/hang out with u when you're over 25 challenge: rated impossible
