So I just submitted three poems and a short story to various online magazines. No potential payout by just the idea of having even one of them published has got me jittery with both anticipation and dread. It'll be a bit before I have any confirmation but good or bad I'll post. #writingcommunity

I know I'm not the only one but man I hate editing. I wrote the story and now I have to go back and fix mistakes I made in the heat of the moment because the scene was too good and I left a glaring plot hole. Too much! 😆😆😆🥲 #writers #writingcommunity #authors

When you're sitting at your job and all you can think about is that next scene. It's going to be amazing and you know it but the ridiculous dependence on currency so that you are allowed to continue living in a house and not outside stops you from writing it. #writers #writingcommunity #authors

Writing is sometimes letting your fingers do their own thing while you become a secondary passenger in your body because there are words that need to get out. It is also sometimes reaching into a void looking for anything because nothing is coming to you. Yay? #writing #authors #words
