On February 14th, 2018, 17 students lost their lives in the deadliest mass shooting at a high school in U.S. history. We will never forget. The past few weeks have shown us here in Maryland that gun violence is still a threat to our students. It's up to us to never stop fighting for a safer world.

On Tuesday, the Shaare Tefila Synagogue in Olney was vandalized by anti-semitic graffiti. It’s disgusting, it’s shameful, and it has no place in Montgomery County or anywhere else.
