Next year I'm keeping the rum! However I'll sub out 1/3 raisins for chocolate chips. Single instead of double recipe. This whole year I'll try to improve my starter for better rise. This will help all breads. Maybe improve the proofing temp? Try to bring up the temp of the dough to 85°?
