Europe… I’m assuming you’re referring to ww2… America contributed to but hardly won ww2. If anyone did that would have been the USSR. America came in halfway through and, by and large, the rest of the allies feared the US bombers, but out of incompetence of them, not their lethality or capability.

Japan, post WW 2 and reconstruction, got a boom from the US military alliance. It just took America bombing a country that was already in the process of surrendering… so big win there.
