Daughter and I were on a horror kick this weekend. We started with The Frighteners and Killer Klowns from Outer Space (A+ classics!). Then we found Bring Her Back on HBO. Oh, my, god. A+ cinematography, brilliantly acted (esp. Sally Hawkins) but devastatingly bleak & brutal.🫣💔

Finally cleared by my PT to ease back into running! Running is vital to my mental health, so going from full/half marathons to no running has been rough. But now I get to enjoy a series of firsts again—1st 5k, 1st 10k & beyond! Happiness isn’t a destination, but something cultivated along the path!
