As a side point of his keynote, Simon explained that the licencing of .tv domain is a good revenue generator for Tuvalu. Wiki tells me it was 8.4% of Tuvaluan government revenue in 2019!

I wasn't there but I heard the "A Forensic Spotlight on PDF/A" tutorial was very enlightening.
