On Wednesday, I saw some talk about the President adjourning Congress, so I pulled out my Cato Pocket Constitution. I read art. II, §3 the same way @thomasberry.bsky.social does. And Congress hasn't been convened in special session by the President since 1948 (the "Turnip Day Session").
