Interestingly we’ve seen some (single digit) examples of what seems like the opposite as well—relapse shortly after vaccine or worsening of stable aplastic anemia on CsA. Fascinating immunobiology here.

Oof. So much for my theory that the more you can identify a cartoon character in your UMAP the better your results.

Shame on me for living in the US Northeast and only visiting our neighbors twice in my life (and not in the last 20 years!) Québec City looks like a stunning place to live, though it'll take me some time to acclimate to the arctic.
