Every day we have the opportunity to take care of the people we lead! We cannot always change everything we want to but we can always try to positively impact the people we work closely with.

How are you taking care of the people you lead? What do they need from you to reach personal and professional optimization?

Slow cooking your career! Sometimes we need patience for good things to happen. If you need patience in your career just realize that while waiting you are building the future. That time is sometimes exactly what you actually need. @harvardmacy.bsky.social @bradcutrellmd.bsky.social

Every day I am more convinced that we need to be intentional about taking care of the healthcare team or any team that you are leading. The well-being and motivation of those you lead is the fuel for your organization's performance.
