Yesterday, we participated in a shamanic-led Cacao Ceremony. It was a transformative experience. I felt like I left my body and entered another realm. I conversed with my lineage and ancestors. The intense breathwork and drum circle vibrated with energy. Here she is cleansing me with Copal.

Yesterday was stunning. The cenote is beautiful but the true beauty is in these women that I am here with. The strength, the beauty, the kindness, the vulnerability and experience. They inspire me to my core. I wish everyone could experience this. #escapetulumbysmc #scissorsmakecents #gratitude

Welcome to 4months and 1 day post my initial separation date. I was having a day for many reasons so after work I decided to do something I never did for myself and went to Beaucoup, solo. I sat at the bar and had some oysters / frites, a couple pilsners, and ordered a burger to take home. ✌️😎
