5:25 pm train from NY Penn. today was a day of phone calls. From 9:15 am till 5:00. Straight, unadulterated, wall to wall phone calls. video chats. And conferences. And texts. And nothing got done. I feel as if my soul has been sucked from my lifeless corpse. I am going home. Thurs is wfh

5:50 Pm train from Penn. 5:43 was cancelled. The train is hot and sweaty. Argued the last motion not written by me. Spent all day yesterday trying to make lemonade out of some serious lemons. zz thought I nailed it, but it’s the commercial division, so we conference and settle. Thus, we won.

5:50 Pm train from Penn. 5:43 was cancelled. The train is hot and sweaty. Argued the last motion not written by me. Spent all day yesterday trying to make lemonade out of some serious lemons. zz thought I nailed it, but it’s the commercial division, so we conference and settle. Thus, we won.
7:10 am to New York Penn. another day, another motion to argue. Today, a motion to dismiss in NJ. High standard, and we are on the defense. And we get multiple bites at the apple. So, this morning I think. And write. And draft. And rewrite and draft until I have a simple story. Simple wins.

4:50 PM train from NY Penn. early train to attend my daughters NHS induction. Have to prep on that motion tomorrow. New email ai is pretty damn good - keeping things organized. Keep bumping up into 0 inbox. Much was done. Now, I will enjoy being a dad and some spicy pickles.

6:50 am train to Penn. Second daughter has N early morning, so got to the train to find all trains running a small delay. On the local. Terrible weather. Wearing the Drizabone. Dropping the bag and heading to court for a 9:30 am call. In person. Have a lot to get through in the next five days
