Research for this new feature idea seem like they'll break me, all for entirely different reasons.

An Oscar contender that doesn't hit UK markets for two days, and AUS markets for 6 weeks.

What the fuck are we doing?

Theatre releases should mean something.

Every now and again, I remember Paul Mescal's performance in Aftersun, and a giant gaping hole opens up in my chest.

What a force.

Charlotte Wells weaves a story so raw and heartbreaking. It's magic.

A PSA to those who've not yet watched it, watch #SupermanandLois. It's the definitive modern Superman story lead by stellar turns from Hoechlin and Tulloch.

The writing is so clean and honest. Whatever they've done in 4 seasons is incredible.

And to those who have watched it, watch it again.

I only hope to care about something in my life as deeply as McQ cares about capturing the cinematic beauty of Tom Cruise running.

Conventional wisdom would suggest I spend way too long thinking about this film in my day to day life.
