This sounds really helpful, as I sometimes have trouble differentiating who is talking in streamed games, especially with guests who I don't know.

Yes! Currently running Zeitgeist: The Gears of Revolution. It's a sweet campaign set in a world effectively going through the industrial revolution. Lots of arcano-tech stuff. It's really fun!

My husband & I tried it. We're experienced with both Pathfinder and other board games similar to Pathfinder Quest. The d6 mechanics (successes, skulls, stars) were good, as was using cards for traits, weapons, spells, etc. Passive abilities felt unbalanced (rogue good, wizard meh). Simple, but fun!

A volunteer at a camp I worked at put a broken arrow into the kitchen trash can point-side up. It was an unpleasant surprise when I later tried to compact the trash in that can and got jabbed by a filthy arrow. Still not as bad as a razor cut between fingers. Hope you recover quickly!

:( Hope they don't make you wait too much longer! That's frustrating.

Man, I miss The Cellar.

Sometimes, just let them! Challenging fights are fun, sometimes a stomp can also be a blast.

Other times, I'll retune on the fly. Oh, you thought it only had a 22 AC? Now it's damaged, desperate and dodgy (+2 AC). Or just slap on extra HP.

You're there to help facilitate a good story. Make it one.

I take the train every year and always appreciate not having to worry about car stuff all weekend. You've made a great decision!

I've gotten much better at note-taking. I just wish I would have developed that skill earlier in life when you're expected to take more notes...say, for college.

I would happily and easily smash my laptop. My employer might be less thrilled, though.

Who is your character in your D&D campaign and how long have you been playing?

Well, thanks for the welcome. Hahaha! I definitely fell into the trap.
a manhole cover with a green hose attached to it and a bird sitting on top of a pile of dirt ..
Alt: A pigeon walking onto a trashcan lid that has been hung over a small pit. The lid tilts and the pigeon falls into the trap.

It's almost like the GOP is full of terrible people and they were lying when they said they don't know anything about Project 2025.

Alt: Charlie Brown attempts to kick a football held by Lucy, but she pulls it away just as he reaches it, as always. He falls on his back.

Saw your teaser on your main account, assumed that Nick followed, found you through his follows. Can go away if you prefer?

If you want to manually resolve it before Bluesky fixes it, you can go into settings and reset your username to the same previous name. I did it this morning without issue.

I would absolutely take that train from Philly to Chicago. Train rides are much more relaxing than airplanes, better for the environment, and not really that much more time consuming for flights this long once you factor in airport security and arrival times.
