I've really been with Vercel for years, happy with the service they provide and privileged enough to be able to afford the price. But I cannot in good conscience stay there with the CEO openly touting a friendly relationship with a war criminal. Better late than never to try self-hosting.

Probably my most productive year for coding! What a fun ride it's been. I learned a lot, built community, and gave back a bit!

In 11 months, Remnant 2 Toolkit has broken 2 million page views, and over 400k visitors. I didn't think anyone would want to use it when I created it, and treated it as a way to learn some tech and help myself better enjoy the game. Now we have a thriving community and open source contributors!
