I’d go with the one in the comments! Other thoughts: consider making the headline more clearly related to the value prop (ex. “Instant insights for General Counsel”), decluttering by remove the failed login image, and emphasizing the CTA by making the text re: getting the checklist more prominent.

Thanks! It's part of the diligence process; basically, a junior takes a PDF of a disclosure document and draws boxes around all the facts & figures that need to be substantiated or covered by an auditor's comfort letter. The newly boxed-up PDF is a circle up.
