Controversial take: while I understand that time is not the most important aspect of editing, I have a hard time giving an editing Oscar to any movie over two hours.

I know screeners are intended for voters, but there should be a way to apply for them (and pay) if you're an avid fan of film who watches every Oscar film. Some films don't come to theaters everywhere and others aren't available to stream.
