So...I did something SUPER nerdy last night and set up my "Ideals, Goals, and Projects" as something a little more fantasy-ish.

Campaigns are lifelong goals.
Adventures are big goals that take longer than 3 months.
Quests are projects that make up adventures. Or one-off side-quests.

Genuis? Yes.

I've started being more deliberate with collecting reference -- identifying exactly what I want to absorb from a piece of reference and studying that reference (while taking notes) to really understand and add that to my visual library. It's slower...but the effects on my brain are really cool. 😎
