Seems to be Film Twitter’s enemy of the month but my god did I absolutely adore A Big Bold Beautiful Journey. Wobbles through a slightly rocky start but if you manage to hang out to its wavelength, it’ll progressively crush you more and more until it leaves you with the warmest embrace.

Fucking sucks First Steps has such a thin script void of any staying power because it genuinely has such a cool visual/sonic identity and Shakman’s direction is pretty exciting all throughout. Oh, well. At least we got Giacchino’s all-timer score out of it.
