Additionally. If you want something to be frenetic, force your readers to move faster through the text. Shorter paragraphs and sentences. Control flow physically. Richard Matheson is a master of this. "Duel" was brilliant for this technique.

Most of what I do comes from a love of fight choreography. However, the best tip I could give is being able to work it out some in real life. Finding access to a heavy bag can help a lot. Then you can get a feel for the real flow of movement.
