What exactly happened? I don't exactly keep up about Sai, I just know they exist and were a Lily Orchard critic and involved in the KP drama.

Because customer service workers (being one myself) don't deal with enough as is. This will just put more stress on the employees, you can't just force good moods.

I'm overly cautious with 1, I usually move into them to see which one is it, then I distance myself away from the one that's it so I don't accidentally hit the one that's it too early

KH1 is an amazing experience to me, having replayed it 100% last year. I don't think it's entirely nostalgia either, I don't think it's aged as much as people think. I really do think people should play 1 not just for the story but also because it evokes a childlike wonder.
