The tragic part is the agencies that would be doing this forensic analysis and enforcement will be under Trump’s executive umbrella (more or less). The phrase independent agency will lose all meaning in the next four years.

There will need to be forensic analysis on when the official Trump team sold shares, where that money goes, how it is spent, and what campaign finance or other regulatory laws apply to this type of token launch.
