From my last surgery, I learned to take my meds on a schedule. With the painkillers, take max daily dose of both the Tylenol and ibuprofen on three hour intervals. 300 ibuprofen and then 325 Tylenol. Pain relief every three hours max ithe dose. Set an alarm to take the meds. “I’m not a doctor”

If Healthpartners is a choice, we find them good. In had two surgeries this year and both seemed to have worked out so far. If you need orthopedic care TIAA is included and they do a good job.

We are just about on the same road, but we took one SS for now and use just a small amount from retirement account when needed. We have owned the homestead for decades, always a relief in hard times.

We also retired a few years before Medicare would start. We kept our income low and qualified for MNsure assistance. They are not counting assets. If I were wanting to stop working for pay and get help with health insurance. Put cash in the bank before you stop working.

Last year I went into a Hennepin county office to bring in paperwork and have an interview to renew some benefits. They wouldn’t meet with me, and said “go home and call us for the us for the interview”.

I think I had some clients over the years use that program. Was the program located in a church basement, close the the state capital?

Cutting off section 8 payments just don’t put tenants in the streets, it will bankrupt large and small landlords. Those payments go directly to the landlords bank. The contract is between HUD through a local municipality, and the landlord.
