Oh wow. Not trying to ‘works on my machine’ you but css hot reload has been REALLY solid for me. That would be a big red flag for me that there is something unique to my machine or project. Do you use mudblazor by chance? I loved it but moved away for hot reload issues.

All of my projects are small enough to be handled by one person, even if not well, but I’ve had good luck. Recently had my first hiccup with hot reload so I’ve never quite gotten the complaints. Updates between .net versions(6 through 9) have all been fairly smooth too.
