No Green Bay Packers game today, so I cooked down a few dozen Roma tomatoes, with sautéed diced poblano, red onion, oyster mushrooms, dinosaur kale, and herbs and spices. This will be for a pasta sauce in the next 8 mo.
PRO TIP: Wide-mouth, straight-wall jars are not much of an issue for freezing.
