Writer working on Author
How to rewrite from page one? No idea. Ok, let’s print out baby scene cards for what I’ve got now and tape to the wall. *stares at wall, scratching head*

Wondering if the re-write in my head is worthy of its own Midori notebook or not.

You ever feel more confused after a four day conference where you hoped to find an answer to a basic question?

Used as many cables and doohickeys as possible to turn my writing desk into a zoom content area for the next few days. The DIY fill light on the guitar stand might have been over the top?

As a #writer just starting to look into my publication paths, most disappointing to find is a whole industry built to sell wannabes services. Not a few things, but a LOT. Any many are quite expensive, given the #author ROI. I don’t pretend I’m revising a bestseller, but I’d like to break even!

Thinking how my #writing excuses have evolved-
At 50 I wondered if I waited too long to start an author career.
At 40 I felt like a phony.
At 30 I was sure that I needed some schooling.
At 20 I had nothing worth writing about.
At 10 I liked to write short stories and my friends liked to read them.
