I once asked my Japanese friend to translate “Save the Whales” into Japanese because they were commercially hunting them (they still are but in much smaller numbers).I wanted to make a shirt. I said “I tried Googling the translation but all I could find were recipes.”

I’ve been watching the Bon Appetit shows on YouTube that shows NYC chefs making their signature recipes. They had a couple that featured focaccia. I will try your recipe to start! Thanks.
