I legit think I’m going insane and my mental health is gradually getting worse and worse here. I don’t know what to do to remedy it. Sorry for fucking doing this instead of talking to a therapist I just am not able to do that.

My social skills which were never great are probably even fucking worse due to lack of IRL communication with anyone. I’m stuck rurally with no car of my own so I can’t get a fucking job or any independence and have to listen to their mindless MAGA drivel.

Ik ik traumadumping to strangers is bad and all that but just. Man I have no one to talk to. Half my stress comes from politics and I can’t talk to my parents about that because they are MAGA cultists. I’m all alone with no irl friends able to help me out. I don’t talk to my parents anymore.
