I know it’s not the point here but what’s with the spelling with two vavs? That’s not the standard spelling in modern Hebrew as far as I know.

I hear you, but there's nothing about breast enhancement in the image, and it does look a lot like antisemitic images. The antisemitism might be subconscious but it's there. Similar images were produced of Michael Howard in 2005

Hardly surprising, given the long history of the Judaeo-Bolshevik myth, that it’s left wing / radical Jews that are the primary target of antisemites.
