I am a Psychology graduate (B.A) from the University of Ghana with a strong interest in stereotypes, Prejudices,Implict bias, group norms and social cognition. I founded and currently direct the SIGNAL Lab, an undergardaute-led research lab.
This paper explores how racial stereotypes shape policing, education, and media, and how unconscious bias fuels inequality. Writing it wasn’t easy, but it taught me to ask hard questions, think critically, and turn ideas into change. I’d love your thoughts.
