The Fold 7 looks really nice, but the price tag is painful. Excited about how this tech is turning out!

Seems like a great idea! I wonder how it compares to Briar which also sends messages over Bluetooth.

might be a Wayland thing, where you have to enable a certain flag to get Vivaldi to use Wayland instead of defaulting to X11. sounds similar to a problem I had

This post was so good that I saw it in a quote post and went out of my way to like yours specifically. You are so right.

Once I put in the work to mute words then I may feel more comfortable with Discover. Generally I think it does a good job, it's just the political content that I get blasted with that just doesn't help me mentally lol. But it's great to catch what I miss in the chronological feed.

A nice thing about the feeds is that there are many that don't require you to follow people either. It's a really nice onboarding feature.

Yes! I'm not crazy! This is one of the reasons I still use Mastodon - I have way more control over what content gets to me than I do on bsky.

I've wanted to run Bluesky as a web app on my phone for a while, but that issue kicked me back to the app. Now I can run the web app on mobile in Brave and get a bit more privacy while still using it. It really is super close to the native experience.

When I paste links to post, it will give me the preview. Before I only saw that in the app. It's nice because it lets me share a link but not lose all of those characters.

That is the biggest one. There are still some areas that are not as smooth, but it's things I expect from a web app.

That speaks to my troubleshooting skills. I know how to install Linux, and that's about it lol

I feel extremely sorry for you and have no idea how you could fix except to reinstall. That's my only troubleshooting trick is to reinstall Linux lol
