To be clear: Biden's attempted exercise statutory authority to forgive student loan debt was executive overreach that prompted a gaggle of red state AGs to sue, but Trump EOs that openly defy the Constitution are fine. Thanks for your service, red state AGs. Is it gaggle? Maybe parcel? Troop?
