Friendly advice. When texting a friend or especially a co-worker with "call me back when you have a minute," adding just two more words like "not urgent" can put them SO MUCH MORE at ease.

If I'm at a soda fountain, I always make a 1:4 ratio of Coke and Coke Zero. Or on those rare occasions when Cherry Fanta is available, it'll be 1:4 Cherry Fanta and Coke Zero.

I was a Hollywood background extra in my 20s. To this day, I still get people telling me that they saw me in an old episode of "Friends", "The Shield" or in movies like "Million Dollar Baby". It was a BLAST
