Perhaps it was the other Chelsea players limping way of approaching this game that led me to appreciate Neto a bit extra in this interaction with Hincapie. For me it was the best moment in the game.

Arsenal being top of the table is not surprising but overall it’s a very unexpected table 9 games in to the season. Long way to go though.

The Eberechi Eze derby coming up. Arsenal were 5 points behind Liverpool just 4 games ago, and can now go 7 points clear. Big opportunity. Man City looks the far bigger threat right now but will have to win at Villa Park to avoid being left behind by the Gunners. Palace is no easy task though.

What the fuck is this? Sometimes you see the linesmen keep their flag down despite the player being 10 yards offside. Here he felt compelled to wave offside, not allowing Brentford a great opportunity.

Arsenal started quite well but outside factors combined with a fine performance from Brighton resulted in a disappointing draw. It happens. Seen in isolation it wasn’t our worst game but given the league situation it feels detrimental for our season.
