It turns out that the 2009 Watchmen series is still the best show ever made. Rather than fading, it gains relevance with each national upheaval (Covid, ICE, AI) involving authoritarian tension, individualism, masks, tech lords. Incredible story and wonderful acting. Still in love with Regina King…

It strikes me that it would be utterly demoralized to be in a high position at CBS, CNN, or ABC right now. After YEARS of strategy meetings with their cowardly billionaire handlers they’ve finally put all their chips in on Trump, and it’s immediately obvious that it’s the worst possible moment.

It strikes me that it would be utterly demoralized to be in a high position at CBS, CNN, or ABC right now. After YEARS of strategy meetings with their cowardly billionaire handlers they’ve finally put all their chips in on Trump, and it’s immediately obvious that it’s the worst possible moment.
They’re reportedly hiring people as fast as they can, with no training or background checks, to join the goon squads. I think any decent person who needs money should sign up for ICE duty, then just be nice to everyone for $200k/year or whatever. I’d rather the money went to you anyway.
