Eating healthy is something to be proud of 💀 but dear god, seasoning and sauces aren't alot of calories.

So toxic that so many people felt the need to make unwanted comments(sometimes shade) on my weightloss that I'm losing too much, then so many are suddenly nice now that I'm bulking 🤷

People typically need to lose weight to build muscle, permabulking is slow progress and unhealthy(if already >25%bf)

Instant 3kg water weight gain at the start of this bulk. Going from 200 grams carbs to 350 grams makes such a difference 😮‍💨

Been at a deficit of 1lb/week weight loss and upping to 2 lbs/week backfired, so weak 😩 giving up on reaching my goals by september... maybe i can get my strength back by going for 1lb/week
